Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping:
    Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

International Customers: We ship globally (excluding certain Asian regions and remote areas). Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Smashbox Store eye products as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened Eye Primer, Eyelash & Brow Serum, Mascara, and Eyeliner products. These items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for return.

Return Process

  • Product Name(s) being returned
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange for specific product)
  • Photos of the product(s) if applicable
  • Your full name, email address, and shipping address

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Include these items in your return package:

  • Original product(s) in undamaged packaging
  • Original packing slip or invoice
  • Return authorization number clearly visible

International Returns: Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees and use a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    – Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    – PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll expedite a replacement at no cost to you.
