Beauty Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened Eye Primer, Eyelash & Brow Serum, Mascara, and Eyeliner products. These items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for return.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Please include:

  • Original product(s) in undamaged packaging
  • Original packing slip or invoice
  • Return authorization number clearly visible

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

International Returns

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
