Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?

What if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your eye makeup essentials, but if anything arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.
Can I exchange a product for a different color or formula?
